On February 12, Shen Xiaoting was sued by her management company, TOPCLASS, for allegedly breaching her contract by failing to attend a scheduled fan meeting. The company is demanding compensation for the cancellation.

In addition to the lawsuit, TOPCLASS sent a notice letter to the Japanese company IGNITE, which surprisingly included Shen Xiaoting’s personal ID number. When IGNITE informed fans about the cancellation, they also distributed the notice without censoring her ID, raising concerns over privacy breaches.

Reports indicate that Shen Xiaoting’s contract with TOPCLASS had already expired on December 31, 2023. However, on July 8 of the same year, TOPCLASS signed an agreement with IGNITE without her consent. Due to scheduling conflicts with her activities in Kep1er, Shen Xiaoting was unable to participate in the fan meeting, leading to the dispute.

The situation has sparked controversy, with fans expressing concerns about privacy violations and the handling of Shen Xiaoting’s contracts.
