Originally debuting at No. 10, the song steadily climbed to No. 4 and No. 2 before securing the top spot just three days after release, where it remains. On the Melon weekly chart, it recently reached No. 8, marking its first top 10 entry, while ranking No. 5 on Circle Chart’s January download chart—far surpassing Nice Guy, the title track of their previous mini-album 19.99, which peaked at No. 29.
Dubbed an "MZ breakup song," Only Today I Love You resonates with fans through its relatable lyrics and upbeat melody. The group’s encore performance after winning first place on Mnet’s M Countdown also gained significant attention, trending on YouTube.
Meanwhile, BOYNEXTDOOR continues their first solo tour, Boy Next Door Tour Knock On Vol. 1., meeting fans worldwide. After completing concerts in Incheon, Tokyo, Aichi, and Osaka, the group is set to perform in 13 more cities, including Miyagi, Fukuoka, Kanagawa, Singapore, Manila, Bangkok, Taipei, Hong Kong, and Jakarta.
