According to Hanteo Chart, South Korea’s largest album sales statistics site, IVE’s latest album IVE Empathy, released on February 3, has surpassed 1,048,048 copies in first-week sales. This makes it the highest-selling K-pop album debut of 2024 so far.
With this achievement, IVE has now secured five consecutive million-selling albums, following the success of After LIKE, I Have IVE, I've Mine, and I’ve Switch. This milestone solidifies the group's dominance in the K-pop industry.
IVE Empathy builds on IVE’s signature theme of “subjective confidence” while introducing the new concept of “empathy.” The album’s title track, Attitude, has already gained traction, and expectations are high for IVE’s upcoming promotions and performances.
