BTS members V and Jungkook, along with Big Hit Music, have won a partial victory in their legal battle against the YouTube channel 'De-fandom Concentration Camp' (Tal-deok-su-jeong-so).
On February 14, the Seoul Western District Court ruled that the channel must pay 51 million won to Big Hit Music, 10 million won to V, and 15 million won to Jungkook, totaling 76 million won, including late payment interest.

Big Hit Music initially sued for 90 million won in damages, claiming the channel spread malicious rumors that harmed the reputations of V, Jungkook, and other artists, including Jang Won-young and Kang Daniel. The channel was shut down in June 2023, but legal actions against its operators continue.
Jang Won-young also won a partial victory in her appeal trial, with her compensation reduced to 50 million won.
