Renowned actor Bae Yong-joon has made a significant donation of 3 billion won to Yonsei Medical Center’s development fund. The hospital revealed this in a newsletter last December, highlighting his contribution to advancing medical innovation and supporting low-income youth and infants.
Bae expressed his hope that the donation would help the hospital continue to grow and lead in future medical advancements. In addition to this, he and his wife, Park Soo-jin, recently donated to Iolani School in Hawaii, where their children are enrolled.
The former Winter Sonata star, who has been out of the spotlight since 2011, remains an influential figure in philanthropy, dedicating himself to meaningful causes.
