Gwyneth Paltrow is selling her 2,000-square-foot mansion in Brentwood, Los Angeles, for $22 million. The property, which includes six bedrooms, a wine cellar, gym, movie theater, and game room, offers privacy with its surrounding fence and mature trees. Paltrow purchased the mansion in 2012 with ex-husband Chris Martin for $9.95 million and renovated it in 2009.
Paltrow, 53, plans to downsize to a smaller home to better connect with her children, Apple, 20, and Moses, 18. She lives with husband Brad Falchuk and his two children. The actress also owns properties in Montecito, CA, and Amagansett, NY.
Paltrow has gradually stepped back from Hollywood, focusing on family life and selective roles like her appearances in Marvel films as Pepper Potts and the 2019 series The Politician. She was previously married to Coldplay's Chris Martin, with whom she remains close for their children’s sake.
