NJZ, the HYBE girl group currently in a contract dispute with Adore, has denied recent reports suggesting they are signing with Beasts and Natives Alike (BANA) as their new agency.

On February 14, the parents of NJZ members Haerin, Hyein, Hani, Daniel, and Minji issued a statement via SNS, firmly rejecting the claims. They stated that NJZ has never signed or negotiated with BANA and criticized media outlets for spreading false information. They also announced plans to file a complaint with the Press Arbitration Commission and pursue legal action against those responsible.

Earlier, a media outlet reported that NJZ had entrusted BANA with their management. BANA is home to producers 250 and Frank, who have worked on NJZ’s hit songs, as well as former f(x) member Krystal.

Meanwhile, member Hyein hinted at future developments during an Instagram Live on February 7, saying, "I will soon have an agent (agency)."

As tensions continue, NJZ's legal battle with Adore remains a key focus in the K-pop industry.
