She wore an elegant cobalt blue off-the-shoulder gown, accessorized with a sparkling necklace, round earrings, and a bracelet. This time, she was visibly excited and proud as her mother won Best Country Album for Cowboy Carter. Her admiration was evident as she attentively listened to Beyoncé’s acceptance speech.
Born in 2012, Blue Ivy has been immersed in the entertainment industry from a young age. She won a Grammy at just nine years old for her contribution to Brown Skin Girl and made her voice acting debut last year as Kiara in Mufasa: The Lion King.
Beyoncé, the most-nominated artist of the night with 11 nominations, took home the award for Best Country Album, presented by Taylor Swift. The moment the two global superstars shared the stage quickly went viral, drawing immense attention.
"I'm shocked, wow, I really didn't expect this. I want to thank God that I can still achieve this honor after all these years of working. The genre is a 'code' that helps us stay in our place as artists, and I just want to encourage us to do what we are passionate about," Beyoncé shared in her speech.
Her album Cowboy Carter later won the most prestigious award of the night—Album of the Year.
